er-finish would mean you get a high duration rupture
towards er, you don't want to use it in dance
but he did play it here correctly
in terms of backstab-finish-dance
(i only used numbers to see if you hit all gcds)
in regards to this, why did you er there isntead of when it was off cd before dance
you had just finished
so weren't high cp
since it's off cd at 42s

I always tried to ER with dance or like with the symbols
cus I assumed
since we did it on pull
it was better to ER with symbols

you basically lose 2 globals in dance if you dance-er-finish
so better to use it before
So would I want to avoid backstab before the dance? to ER at 0 cp and dance finisher
if you have er up, just use it unless you would waste the cp

but you rarely have that overlap
you know the outlaw bug that ER buff isnt displayed
but its still active
like after it fades your 4th anima cp will still be charged

but there is a bug that after the 45seconds
the combo point is still charged
its just not displayed

But I made sure to use something to show cdr and damage
like have dance on cd
Either way i dont know too much how to verify damage but it should show its still empowered on the finisher and show the reduced cooldown

well shadow dance is 16s of the 30s buff
you've got 14s between that first application and the 2nd
so likelihood is you'll rupture before finality buff falls off anyway in pandemic range
if playing kyrian, animacharged rupture is 31s
9.2s pandemic approx
9.3 even
so you've got 10s ish leeway with finality buff
to apply another

i mean, it should be fairly easy to keep your cp empowered
by basically coloring them for as long as you didn't finish on the certain cp
Dance > motes > dance > Big add > buff goes > Kill def add

I used dance symbols and ER on opener
it was great for outlaw snd infinite cdr bug
always could keep the ER charge
mote downtime at 18s
big add dies at literally 45s into fight
But yeah, @torpid lance I can see plenty of times where "abusing" the invisible charge would be beneficial

could probably hit 2cp on purpose just before buff ends
and downtime coming
for instant charge on return
would be a gain

there has been plenty of times where I get good proc luck, can't hit 2cp
then get 2cp after buff falls
not sure what i tested on ptr but i found this funny
