Alright, so I'm quite busy but here's a quick summary of things I found:

  1. You're playing incorrect talents for the Venthyr build. You should really sim yourself to see what talents/setup is the best for you.

  2. You're playing Venthyr with Duskwalkers with 3pc. Are you sure that's the best choice? Might want to sim all covenants and talents to find your best.

  3. With Duskwalkers/Obedience, you should always sync Vendetta and Flagellation together. As you can see from the picture below, your Flag is getting more and more offset for whatever reason.

  4. Your bleed uptime is really, really poor. One of the first priorities when playing Assassination, is to maintain as high bleed uptime as possible. I linked a picture down below for your uptime. Rupture/Gar should both be closer to 95%+. Are you aware of the pandemic mechanic?

  5. You don't use potions, at least not on the wipes that you had. Make sure to always use a potion. It's good to use it with Vendetta or even slightly before because it lasts for 25s and Vend lasts for 20s. I saw some pulls where you popped it 10s after Vend, that is not ideal.

  6. You need to start using Vanish to reapply garrotes (when playing Subterfuge) or to use the MA window (with Master Assassin). Vanish is a big cooldown, you need to use it.

  7. You need to use Shiv much more. Currently you're holding it randomly for long periods of time. This is very inefficient, considering Shiv is one of our biggest cooldowns with the 2p tierset. Make sure to use it as much as possible. Sometimes you hold it for almost a minute, which is super not ideal.

  8. You need to work on your overall uptime on the boss. Try to be glued to the boss at all times, without risking failing a mechanic of course.

I would highly recommend that you read through a few guides, sim yourself and get yourself a good weakaura/nameplate setup so you can track stuff easily. There's a lot of things going wrong, which can be the result of not using good weak auras.
