your rupture uptime is rly... bad

your shadow dance uptime is also terrible
just straight up one thing. You play night fae.
Night fae is okay-ish in output but if it comes to competitiveness kyrian and venthyr are better choices
your opener is... something else

you play PV, you need to backstab between dances
you did not use your sepsis stealth ability between dance, also because you didn't play the opener correct
you want to align dance to symbols, you here did use it early and symbols during dance, this means you don't get all 8 globals in dance and end up backstabbing a lot
you should have enough cp to rupture before dance here
that dance is terrible, you rly need to stay on the boss during dance
your first vanish is rly late into the fight, you could just use it earlier
i am honest with you
seeing stuff like this means you rly need to work on the basics of gameplay
there is a lack of baseline understanding on the spec, what is fair if you are new to it
i will fast go over what to do and what you shouldn't
you already do one thing correct, and thats using symbols fairly agressive (somewhat on cooldown)
what you need to work on is aligning shadow dance to it
this should be the #1 thing you plan around
to always have 1 charge of dance ready for your symbols
given the play around symbols, you also want to refresh rupture before it comes up if the duration is low
so if you see symbols only has 2 or 3 sec left of its cooldown
and you are on high cp
rupture if rupture isn't more than 13 secs
slice and dice fuels your combo point generation
so it needs to be up 100% of the time (unless you have boss downtime for longer, then its fine to drop during that)
for sepsis, esp. with PV its fairly easy to use
it aligns naturally with your symbols if used on cd
so you can always do sepsis-dance-(finisher/backstab)-strike-...
because you have more charges than the 1 of dance you line up with symbols
you can use dance outside of that
an easy way to know when you can use dance is either when you are close to getting 2 charges
or if the fight is about to end to just burn through them
about PV
i rly need to emphasize this, if you use 2 dance charges back to back, you need to consume your PV stacks
if you don't you wasting a lot of the damage of PV
towards your log, melee gameplay is rly hard
and esp. subtlety is punishing
so what you can focus on that will directly lead to better output is to stay on the boss
try to only move away if rly needed for a mechanic
esp. on fights like rygelon that are mostly single target
if you need to move away use sprint/shadowstep to get back asap
also if you are a bit more comfortable with the rotation try to look at the boss mechanic weakaura or bossmod timer
to see if it might be better to not use shadow dance now
