I took a quick look, and flag usage needs some work. Rarely, if ever gets high stacks. Also delaying dance/symbols to the point where you could get 1-2 extra uses out of them per fight
Conduits are also not ideal for the fights. Deeper Daggers should always be played

#

Also not using flag while full CPs; this alone wasted 2-3 seconds of flag where you could have been getting more stacks - use flag before finishers to optimize stacks

  1. Already mentioned, but double check conduits-- deeper daggers is the 2nd best potency after lashing scars and should basically always be used
  2. Do you have a second dagger to use in the off hand? The slow sword is going to be a worse option than a dagger due to generating fewer shadow techniques CPs unless your only other dagger is dramatically lower ilvl

i'll check with him if he has any good dagger
if he can get the pvp one, is that ok ?
(he went to sleep so he will see it tomorrow ^^)

To go a bit into detail about flag, you want to start with high combo points to get most out of the flag window.
if you flag-finish-... you get stacks immidiatly, what makes it easier to hit 30 stacks.
You also (outside of the opener) never want to use flag in dance as it takes up a global that would be more efficient used by a shadowstrike.
By following up with dance, you guarantee a higher stack count as strike generates more combo points.

There is also a optional technique (not better or worse) to finish on 4 combo points when building stacks (esp. when shb is up). It makes it more consistent.

#

one thing i notices too is that a lot of times it seems that there are issues in hitting all abilities during dance, i asssume it is during movement phases (on holandrus). You can use your mobility cooldowns (shadowstep, sprint) to get high uptime during that

#

there are some one time mistakes too like this

#

i am sure it was supposed to be a evi instead of a backstab here

#

okay, not a one time mistake

#

it seems to be not only due to movement, as there are delays during dance quite consistently

#

rupture uptime seems quite low, you should maintain it outside of dance

#

you also lost some symbols casts due to delays

#

So i would say this is a good plan on what to focus on:
#1 getting used to the rotation.
It seems a lot of the delays in the rotation are due to either pressing certain keys (e.g. shb) or just not beeing used to the fast pacing. It is a easy to correct issue when that will fix over time once you get a bit more comfortable with the rotation.

#2 flagellation
It is your main cooldown, you can do the sequence:
flag-finish-cooldowns always if its up. You can even hold symbols for up to 10 secs for that.
If you struggle with key presses, it is perfectly fine to bind symbols to flag for this

#3 use your cooldowns!
You did delay cooldowns way to much:
Make sure to use Symbols of Death on cooldown UNLESS flag comes up within the next 10 seconds.
Use shadow dance outside of symbols too if you are on high stacks
Use shadow blades with your next symbols when it comes up

#4 optimize your soulbinds/gear
A slow offhand is a no-go due to shadow technique procs and you can replace it even by a low itemlevel dagger.
For conduits you probably want to look into using DD always and maybe replace stiletto with PV.
Stiletto is still rly good tho esp. on holandrus and PV makes the rotation slightly more complex, so maybe don't try that trait before getting used to the rotation

Thank you all for that help
I will try that tonight or during this weekend. I will tell you the result
