these talents don't really make a lot of sense, you should probably be running MFD / Poison Bomb instead of Deeper strats and crimson tempest

you never applied Slice and dice in the opener, it's a huge buff, free damage

Try looking at the current wowlogs rankings to see what people with good logs are running for talents/gear/soulbinds/conduits on each boss.

Opener should be mutilate -> snd -> mutilate -> garrote -> flag -> rupture -> vendetta -> shiv -> vanish -> mutilate -> envenom -> mfd envenom

Opener that @olive canyon posted is close but wrong because it wastes global of master assassin and vendettaing after vanish will pull you out of vanish/stealth

But yeah, play MFD or vigor instead of DS

And PB instead of CT
