you only did 7 gcd that dance, also it would be potentially better to not use your 2nd charge there

you basically mainly want to use dance with symbols

#

all spare uses are either to not overcap

#

or if you feel like you gain sth without losing dance for your next symbols

#

for flag if its possible (so if you won't overcap on dance charges)

its usually better to not burn a 2nd dance charge at the symbols cycle before flag comes off cooldown

#

so that you have 2 dance charges for flag

#

you usually don't refresh snd in advanced

#

but thats because snd is quite long and you rarely need to refresh it during symbols

#

rupture on the other hand you always try to refresh it if it won't last long enough to cover your symbols cycle
