even if they dont line up quite right? i read a guide that said you can hold van/vend for 15s if shiv will be up (mighta been IV?), but i suppose the only time that wouldnt happen is if i weirdly held it earlier in the fight and misaligned the cds i suppose...

you shiv on cooldown, and can hold it for vendetta

but it shouldn't be too bad to line it

as long as you get the full shiv in vendetta, you're chilling

so you can cast it like 6 seconds in vendetta

oh - what about if there's a mechanic coming up where i wont be able to hit the boss for a bit, do i shiv anyway for the poison dmg or hold it? i know "use on cd" but always always?
