you took CT on guardian. you are using gcds inside shiv to reapply bleeds should try and be avoiding that. Your cds get a bit desynced at times, for example your opening vendetta is out of place, and I saw you use flag like 10s before vendetta, and then you vanished not inside shiv

you could've waited with that third vendetta for the last flag
and also could've used that second vendetta with the flag
it seems like you held flag for vendetta, but then didn't use the vend
your envenom uptime seems a little low, I think that's probably the crimson tempest though
kinda hard to tell
overall you're playing good, these aren't like huge glaring errors
and it shows, since you're top of your raid
you are missing some gear though
most notably, that nine ring is kinda awful, and you don't have a phial
the daggers are also not really that great, could go to 246 with some more valor
the last thing is that this potion usage is really really weird
it's with the second vendetta, but that came after the second flag
and it's not in bloodlust
