So, first of all, your opener could use some help. It's not exactly ideal and it's the easiest part to fix instantly.

You should be casting Flagellation after garrote, just before the Rupture. You want to maximize the amount of finishers during the Flag window

Using garrote etc during it is just a bit of a waste.

Also, you should be using Shiv before Vanish every time, not during it.

You should use Vendetta after the rupture.

Otherwise nothing too major. Kill time is not the best, comp is kind of random (WHERE IS YOUR MONK?) and your gear is not super good

You never let your bleeds drop.

And you never finish at less than 4 CP

If you have to reapply rupture during Shiv, you do that.

You don't need a specific amount of Envenoms in a shiv window
