Robot doesn't have to deal with mechanics, so don't really compare yourself to it one to one.
From what I can tell you're mostly doing things right in terms of your CDs and it's just a matter of executing things.
Nitpicks: I'd like to see you use Guidon slightly before CDs. Your first sets of CDs you use Guidon + Blades at the same time and then only 0.2s later you're in dance. You can get away with and you'll see it in top logs that people don't always use it 0.5-1s beforehand (trinket that is), but it is recommended to use trinket up to 1s before to ensure deeping shadows reflects your haste. You do it right in later CDs though.
You finished with <6 CPs 4 times, don't do that.
At 2:10 you send a dance without secret tech, just after your CDs. You want to use dance with secret tech.
Your CDs around 4mins you don't manage to get secret tech in your 2nd dance and then afterwards you send a naked dance (here you can argue it's fine as fight is ending anyway).
I'd say you're mostly doing everything right, you just need to ensure you get the execution right. You can maybe recraft gear for a small dps increase by switching to crit haste, same with gems. But that is minor. It's mostly just executing things correctly, and positioning I'd imagine without having seen a vod. A group with a faster kill timer might make might your parse better as well.

I have guidon on separate button as i seen that its better to not macro it with blades to get the hasted sectec, if thats not the case i can macro it to my blades and pot?

My stat weights must be mid as well, i think im super optimized for m+ but not much for ST
