I wouldn't macro SB together with it unless it's on a separate keybind, there are times where you want to hold blades for up to 20s anyway. Fallen king for example on the 2nd beams you'd keep your CDs for 20ish seconds to make use of the damage amp.

Gotcha, I'll just macro it to existing Shadow Blades keybind, so it'll only use when i intend to use.

But yes, you're casting dance too quickly - you need a bit more space to make sure deeping shadows is working. Make sure you're covering the last 8 seconds of blades with dance, you seem to be doing it just slightly early as well. Make sure blades is activated before your first secret tech. At 3min ish you only get one dance off in your CDs.
From a pure parse PoV you aren't casting enough black powder, but thats for wanting parse and not for killing bosses tbh.

How detrimental would it be to just chug a haste pot and go to about 750 instead?

You want around 650 to 700 ish really, you are probably fine. I'd use a haste pot untill you have haste from gear.

Oh I see you have 600. Yeah use a haste flask. Also you didn't use a combat potion with your CDs, that's some easy extra damage.

Yeah fair, then you shouldn't. If you do at some point end up casting BP though, remember to have the coup + BP macro so you don't waste coup.
