You want to macro your first hit to dance everytime. Otherwise you are going to lose a global in dance

And never cast dance without a sectech unless it is the second dance in blades

And dont dance while on gcd

You wait till sectech comes off cooldown to dance and then hit a macro that is dance+sectech

Global cooldown. 1s after every ability

#

You dont want to hit a dance during gcd because that delays your next ability in dance

#

You basically do no damage outside of dance so you have to maximise how many hits you can do in dance
