You are not supercharging your sectec most of the time OR losing 2+ more GCD per dance

You are holding blade way too much, if blade is up, it need to go on CD asap (respecting rules, 1.3 dance and sectec up)

Try to apply all that and you are gonna improve

First of all focus on secondary stat as it's the easiest thing to fix and get an easy 10+% dmg buff
