And then off CDs, you lost 0.3s of shadow dance to just button pressing which in turn will lose you a solid GCD in the whole dance

You need to get Shadow dance>Sectec macro

Press macro when SD and Sectec both off CD

Ok, i went through all your stuff on Vorasius.
Whatever Haste you have, is doing nothing.
You're losing that extra GCD from haste to simple delay after pressing Dance, on every occasion.

Ah okey, i have some practice to do! Should i always line them up even if i have 2 charges and can use 1 charge and directly after 1 charge + sec tech?

@dawn socket With your current setup you "unlink" Dance in opener by pressing the 2nd dance inside blades right after the first dance ends. Outside Blades, you press dance+sectec always together

This is fine, all you need to do is make sure Sectec is pressed with Dance
