So I had these from the icy veins guide but then the opener is trinket/potion before dance before sb
But then those macros contradict that?
I do feel like sec tech has been not casting when I use the dance macro so should I just be double tapping It to make sure it registers?

You don't need to double tap it. If you are not in range, it may dance and not sectech. So if you are spamming the button while moving it might fire off dance and not sectech until you get into range
This is your opening sequence. Ideally you want dance, blades, sectech, pot, trinket all at the same time. and then your first strike at 3s
Be careful if you get the haste trinket though. You don't want to macro that into blades
Pop that as a separate key bind during the gcd of your first strike from stealth
