2 - SS intro sectech
3 - don't coldblood on first dance
4 - 2 dances on every flag/blades
4.5 - have at least 1blade and 30secs cd dance with each flag/blade

oh yeah, i'm trying to get the hang of it on some training dummies heres (it's kinda hard to knock the bad habits off) and i've already noticed a dps increase and less downtime

better bursts as well

gonna try and get me a better trinket later, maybe one i can use on cooldowns

hitting dummies is good practice

get the muscle memory down

you're never too good to not need to hit target dummies

my mage mate who gets r1s consistently is always hitting dummies
