So when it comes to your CD execution, you've got some gaps between the backstab and the first sec tech coming out.
You're also just not executing your cds correctly in the later stages
Also, the biggest issue is you're oversending your dances that you don't even have double dances ready for the big moments. This is when the damage amp happens, this is the biggest damage window you'll have in this fight, but you don't have a 2nd dance up. ideally, you should bankup enough to triple dance here. The math is a bit different with just a forge, but you're mismanaging your dances in between. Forget about padding on adds and make sure when you have flag and blades up, you have enough resources to get the most bang for your buck.

no, you are pressing the correct buttons, just not fast enough

you press backstab at 27.55, but sec tech is at 29.31
sec tech should be coming out at 28.55

good rule of thumb is you want to have 1 stack of dance and at most 40 sec of cd on dance before you press flag
another way is you stop sending dances when there is 25 sec left on flag
but for araz in particular, you want to bank for triple dances for the damage amp
you'll do 0 damage during intermission, let the ranged carry that part
your job is to burst araz when he takes 100% more damage.

cool one thing we noticed was the Nimble Flurry I take it with those couple of changes that damage will go up massivly?

So if you want to parse higher on that fight, you do need to eat up lot of add damage with your nimble flurry, my advice will help you do more boss damage and to parse higher in general. If you want to climb even higher, you'll need to learn to snipe add damage
