You should get an active trinket ASAP. running 2 passive really isn't really viable for sub. If you need recs, check out https://bloodmallet.com/chart/rogue/subtlety/trinkets/castingpatchwerk. If you can pick what you get, I'd recommend netherprism+ a passive trinket.
Otherwise, your issue is not lining up your burst with the add spawn. It seems like your group did a normal naazindhri strat, so you probably should've sent your first flag around 20 sec into the fight and again at 2 min mark when the adds spawn.

There are some issues with your rotation, but I'd work on the abovementioned issues first

yea, I figured as much with your ilvl. Hero lily will be fine for now, and hopefully the bloodmallet website will be helpful for you to figure out which ones are the biggest upgrade. Cheers!

At least on that Naazindhri fight, your rotations are mostly fine, if you're just picking it up, you're doing great. On the note of running assa for ST, (whichI don't think you really need to at this point), you don't need to worry too much about secondaries for Assa. Do ask the assa channel though if you'd like confirmation.
