So the most macro level suggestion is for you to work on your flag and trinket usage. Here are log comparisons between you and another guy whose guild had the same kill time. Beyond that, you don't seem to be all that familiar with your CD phase. You're not pressing your buttons fast enough at the start of your flag window.
You need to mash harder and make sure all your buttons come out asap because you're losing valuable damage by not filling your GCDs at the right time
This is from your opener. CB needs to buff your sec tech. Also, at this stage, you should just never press backstab while you're in your cds
