I would suggest reading #outlaw-faq it is very nicely written and detailed. You are using ambush which KIR doesn't press at all. You also sent a coup in subterfuge which no build does. Your cast count is very weird as well with pistol shots being too few. It seems like sometimes you forget to use it. On soulbinder for instance you had situations where you went 10-17s without using PS while at max opportunity stacks

all these (and maybe more) likely contribute to your low AR uptime (60something %) and without AR outlaw struggles to press buttons
