The whole spec revolves around doing a perfect cd window every single time and most of yours have some pretty significant issues
Beyond boss timings and mechanics I would just drill the opener until it's second nature

Cb should always be on second sectec, there were times you weren't getting SoD on your sectec (might've just been out of cds), backstab should always be the first builder after dance

after dance as in going into it or after it finishes? i remember earlier in the expac or something there wasn't a BIG difference between backstab and shadowstrike or maybe im misrembering

I'm on my phone and looking at timelines is awful so can't look at it all but I'd just work on cd timings with lorrgs, prob want to get better trinkets if possible (double on use really only worth with forge), and nail the cds a bit tighter
