You're still messing up your main cd window and even your mini bursts. CD window should always start with Flag -> Finisher, most of the time it's rupture unless you have it rolling with a high duration already then you evis instead
You're just popping dance and symbols randomly too instead of using it in an actual mini burst in between cds
this is the image that pops up from the !mistakes command - if you look, your opener and every cooldown window afterwards, does not look like that, you're popping shadowblades too early and losing gcds since you're using it 1.5s before you even use SecTec
You'll see there's the backstab after dance also to consume premed and get a stack of danse macabre

Your cd window at 3min, just going to assume panic set in for some reason and this window just got absolutely fumbled
This mini burst ends up consuming your supercharged points for that coup and evis, you always want to supercharge your SecTec

Later part of your cooldown window, you're double pressing symbols which just fucks things up for later
Just have to remember that there's times where you can send a naked SecTec, that's a thing you shouldn't really worry about until you nail cd and mini burst windows though
If you're gonna use dance, you're gonna want to symbols and you're gonna want to SecTec
Spend some time at a training dummy, get that muscle memory going for cd and mini bursts with timing
