Hi, I can’t really look too much I to it right now but just taking a quick peak, you are missing a key talent: Flagellation
Most of a sub rogues dps is during their burst window every 90 seconds when flagellation and shadow blades are ready.

I would say, learn the rotation for the burst and you essentially repeat that every 90 seconds. Once you can get the opener burst, the rest should follow.
