Now have more questions. I have some trouble balancing some rules. I can read the prio lists in the FAQ but some specifics are a tiny bit confusing to me even though it should be obvious and it slows me down a lot in actual tense gameplay.

-The pin says to not hold ghostly strike if vanish is on cooldown. If vanish has 20s remaining on it's cooldown, does that apply ?

-If I'm holding vanish too much as you think could be an issue in the gameplay. It isn't exactly clear to me how I balance that with the rule to hold it for the next ghostly strike for the double jeopardy.
It is something that will solve itself if I misplay less? As the cooldowns would align better ? (as in, more subterfuge cdr poured on GS so I wait for it less, etc etc)

-For fate, do I hold vanish for KS at all ?

you should more or less ghostly strike on cd

but there are situations where you will hold

like if you have vanish charges but you are already in subterfuge

balancing this isn't easy, I agree

last question is easy, you don't care about KS cd

even if KS is ready you can vanish (if GS is ready)

just be sure to have adrenaline rush up or ready

I do think the cds kind of line up naturally

Thanks a lot that clears up some things

During practice earlier I noticed that using [/cancelaura stealth] while in vanish improved stealth turned my action bar to the default action bar, not the stealth one, even though I'm still in subterfuge, it turns back into stealth bar after a couple seconds

Holding gs will probably be a bit more lenient on the next cook

It did some wacky things in pulls earlier this week because in stealth i had the macro on the same keybind as KS out of stealth, double press was weird
