i can't really look too indepth
but using a pin filter for Shadow Dance, you can see how many gcds are landing inside of it, and what exactly is
for example in your opener, your 2nd sectec doesnt look like it hits inside of dance
and then other times you are missing sectec completely inside of a dance
the pure basic is to always symbols + dance together, and that you sectec with symbols

sometimes i feel like i have a dance up due to the cdr on it but not a symbols.. and i sit there basically afk doing 0 damage so i hit dance but that is giga wrong? even if dance is back up for flag?

you should, but that also might mean your sending symbols too often without dancing
there's more than a few times where i see you in cds and you only hit 1 sectec inside of them
so you're either pressing dance too often or symbols too early. when you're learning the spec its best to just always use them together until you can figure out the cadence

cause then u miss a ton of dmg in your cds, where like a majority of our dmg is
