Highly recommend holding your first flag for add spawns

And second flag for 2min add spawn

You can still dance on pull and you’ll have them all up when first ones show up

You want to time it so first sectech is hitting as soon as the canisters are gone and mobs are attackable

Also save cold blood for second Sectech in blades

And storm once between coups in blades

That’s the big thing on that fight

Like 90% of your performance is lining up cds with adds to delete them

But sub is really, really good at that

#

You’ll have dance up for every single add spawn

#

You just sit on them until you can send

#

But with pacing of the fight you aren’t sitting on them long

Yeah it’s wild, but the key to parsing the fight is holding shadowblades after 2min until 4:30, and then holding again until the 7:00 set unless your kill time is faster

Yeah you align your cds with timers bc our damage outside of them doesn’t matter so we optimize when it’s best to send

Can feel a bit awkward at times

But then you look at meters and see it was the right choice lol

Same on a fight like nexus where you skip a flag set to send on Titan and erase it

Gotcha. Yah i was super frustrated cause when you use tools like wow analyzer and the like, it says I’m basically doing everything right and then…. Green parse. lol

Here's what I see from a quick glance:

  • You want to use your CDs like the top loggers do. Check https://lorrgs.io/spec_ranking/rogue-subtlety/soulbinder-naazindhri and just copy them unless your guild has a good reason for you not to
  • You can macro cold blood to SecTech but be aware that it's a dps loss
  • You want to build with shuriken storm in shadow blades window between your coups so you don't waste unseen blades procs
  • You're sending symbols SecTech without shadow dance at ~0:56.
  • You don't want to rupture in symbols (at ~1:00)
  • You have a huge period of downtime inside your big cooldowns at 1:32 if that's a knockback timing make sure you shadowstep right after

Don’t screw up like I did and be cold blood bugged after doing plexus as sin. Gotta relog when you swap to sub from fatebound sin a lot of the time or else you just won’t have cold blood

One final question. I know this is gonna sound kinda stupid. But how much does substat spread really matter? I’ve got like 18k crit, 12k mast, 16k vers and 2 or 3k haste. I know that’s unideal. But how bad is it actually?

It’s probably not a gigantic difference with your stats, but I try to aim for about 90-95% mastery. If you have a piece of high crit jewelry you can swap for high mastery you’d probably see some gains on the sims

Roger. Right now I’m just taking what comes from vault and what my guild gives me for boss drops, but I could shift a bit by going to onyx’s for gems. And mast enchants / fiber.

Yeah for sure. You can’t really go wrong with the vers/mast rings from priory and dawnbreaker, and the vers/mast neck from floodgate
