looking at fractillus because I'm a small brain sub rogue and there's a couple things I'm noticing offhand:
- is your cold blood macroed to secret technique? we cast cold blood (or a separate cold blood sectec macro I guess) for the second dance. why: it's an optimization that gives us more dps because of a guaranteed crit sectec that has full flag stacks
- I notice you're in the habit of pressing shuriken storm inbetween coups anytime you need combo points. that optimization is only done when shadowblades is active. Any other dances without shadowblades you're better off just using shadowstrike.
I also noticed you kinda just throw backstabs in your dances here and there. If you're gonna backstab in dance for the macabre stack, it's just a single one and done at the beginning of the dance. Anything else is shadowstrike (barring the coup optimization !coup)

1: Cold blood is macroed to Sectec yes, IM still learning and I'm now trying to use CB as a separate button.
2: I thought Storm was used between every coup, that's good to know to use SS without Blades.
What about Dance/Symbols usage?
Is it ok to have Dance/Symbols macroed together or should I leave them separate?

I personally wouldn't. having them separate is important because you don't always press them at the exact same time and a lot of times set bonuses / talent builds will shift their use times around so it's important to get the muscle memory of having them separate

Started using CB on the second dance during Flag/SB window

Thanks for the tips. I just got rid of all the macros I had to combine cooldowns and forced to memorise everything
altho I have a CB/SecTec macro I use on the second dance during cd's
I have SecTec alone as a button aswel
and I dance outside of SB/Flag when CB is up again
just to get that crit
dunno if thats correct but it feels correct

as long as it's up for your second dance in CDs it's not a problem
this one's a bit of a headscratcher
also, 1:21-1:34 you cast a couple eviscerates after building with backstabs. terrible as it sounds believe it or not you can just sit there and chug backstabs without using a spender, especially if coup is up
targeted during your 1:30 cooldown set

Specifically 10-15 seconds, Up to like 20s before your CDs come up
You just sit there and pool stacks for shadowcraft and get a coup ready for your CD window

So far, I've stopped using Dance when cb/flag has around 30sec left on cd
