#Grelbo log review

Hello 🙂 I'm ready to be torn apart
I already know I'm terrible at using Vanish properly (I literally just forget about it in ST)
Other than that I'm open to literally any advice, be as brutal as you want
https://www.warcraftlogs.com/reports/gdHKLN8z9hTrMmV7?fight=44&type=damage-done There's a heroic log here for the same boss, too
I think I might also be using netherprism wrong? I'm just using it with deathmark, but I'm not sure if I should be holding it for every 2nd deathmark etc
Looking at your normal
So like
Yeah it’s a vanish issue
You use nether prism with vanish every 3m
Since we’re on the 1.5m ish
Is everything else looking average and okay? No glaring errors?
Does Vanish really have that much of an impact? It only allows 1 free ambush, right?
I'm not running the +% bleed in ST
this is why you vanish on fatebound
without vanish you are not guaranteed to even get your capstone in the opener
it strikes again
Oh jesus that's a huge bag fumble then
well you did get the capstone in your 2 logs, but theres always a risk of not getting it
- its extra dam
I should macro Vanish to kingsbane then?
nah
or use it after kingsbane with cold blood?
as long as you use it between the envenom before cds and the 2nd envenom after KB you are fine
so somewhere between shiv, dm, kb, mutilate
shiv deathmark kingsbane (procs your macrod coldblood) envenom 1 VANISH ANYWHERE HERE -> envenom 2 (if you have not vanished before this one you are griefing)
personally I have netherprism macrod to vanish so I go: shiv vanish deathmark etc etc etc
okay, i'll macro my netherprism to vanish then and I suppose next use will be 3rd deathmark
yeah so you vanish in opener and then every 3min, but lets say there is a damage amp on at 90 seconds that you want to prism for, then you can just press your vanish bind even if its on cd and just use it as a trinket bind
alright that's perfect than, thanks so much to you both for the help and advice
I reallllllly struggle with cleave fights in here too so I might end up tossing another log in sometime for the deathstalker fights at soulbinder & forgeweaver
because I am literally dogshit damage on those for some reason, but I can almost guarantee it's just a dumb mistake like the one above
appreciate you both thank you for taking the time out of your days for me
easiest way to play cleave fights is: hit the boss like its a single target fight
really?
pretty muuch
you can rupture snipe (sending a ruputre on a mob thats about to die to get energy back) and then on 5+ targets you can fan of knives
otherwise its pretty much just single target and letting spatter do its job
the actual minmaxes in those situations is maybe timing cds for big add spawns or whatever but your actual rotation etc dont change
Is using mouseover cast rupture recommended then?
