yes, i figured that has prio but im just afraid i might die cause there are so many oneshot mechanics, for example the packs with surprise inspection
so i basically vanish to extend ADR and use the subterfuge for bte and then next prio is ks

No you only vanish when AR is active
but with proper gameplay AR is active >90% of the time

but I mean like, you delayed the first vanish so much, and then you basically didnt have a second vanish
only 2 vanish casts in the first 2 minutes of the key is strange
so i think you just have to be on top of cycling cds
opening stealth window, then build to ks, then build to vanish, and build to vanish again, unless ks is nearly ready

so i start with full cps and adr and use the bte window - then i use ks - then vanish and bte window - then ks (ideally) - then vanish again and bte window

you finish at 6cps usually but at 5cps if subterfuge, opportunity, or audacity is active
and dont forget to rtb when you need to rtb, losing cooldown reduction on RTB is just as bad as losing it on ks
also coup de grace has priority over vanish if it is ready
Unless you absolutely must vanish to not let AR expire
