think you are skipping roll the bones a lot
if you have 3 or fewer buffs active then you should roll asap
Even in stealth
Rtb cooldown is very low, there's lots of moments where it is delayed
killing spree casts are lower than expected, could be delaying that too
It sucks but would rather send a low cp ks than delay it
