No idea if this is real but you have 2 garrotes and 1 rupture total playing zeross build so like start by understanding you dont press garrote and you need to have 5 ruptures up for ticking dps.

you might not have improved garrote, but you still need to be vanishing to help spread your bleeds

but in general it seems like you're hesitating a lot with your kingsbane

a bad cast is better than just losing casts

especially on a build like this where you're basically fully invested in kingsbane/envenom/shiv
