If you had 30 seconds less you hold dm for phase if 30 seconds more you get an extra dm if you dm on cd

So without those talents, do I just use vanish if I lost my Deathmark?

Also I saw that they said you should just macro your tea to shiv? Is that the case or is it slightly better to have it seperate so you don't use 2 tea on your kingsbane that doesn't have a Deathmark?
