remember after you KIR a normal 4 buff then you can RTB immediately after
and then you have to watch zac WA you see how soon you can roll again
hard to parse it from logs but im not sure rtb usage looks normal
like on pull, you got 6 buffs and used kir
30 seconds later, the 6th buff ticked down and it became 5 buffs
You should have used RTB right here
cause you had a missing buff and will lose 0 buffs by rolling
