New to the spec and melee in general, I am really struggling with adrenaline rush uptime, from the advice in the main chanel I think may literally just not be hitting my buttons enough, but sharing incase there's anything more obvious

okay so
you aren't pressing Stealth at all
like between packs you have to stealth
stealth prevents AR from expiring between packs
also
you have a trinket macro'd into Between the Eyes
this is a problem -- if you hit Vanish and then that macro, you will break vanish with a trinket, and this causes a bug where Subterfuge doesnt not activate at all

your rotation certainly impacts AR uptime, but not using stealth / not gaining subterfuge should be the main thing causing 50% uptime
