at a glance just from looking at it for 3 seconds, on cauldron, your blade flurry and killing spree damage is too low, for that fight specificall you can stand between both of them to get cleave onto both. you arent pressing killing spree enough, either you arent waiting for it before you vanish or something else.

also you dont have ghostly strike? in single target? thats -15% dmg right there for free

haste seems a bit low for HO SC

same thing for sprocket

Same as what Chymous said, your stats are quite bad, I think playing with that much haste is more harm than good, sims might say otherwise but for human players at least from my experience and personal preference I prefer playing with KIR amounts of haste, it makes energy more reliable, especially more so for HO SC and also helps smooth things out

Your ADR uptime is also very low, 85% so there are some rotational issues involved for sure

Looking at your sprocket log, no ghostly strike for raid fights is shooting yourself in the foot so a lot of lost dps there

Your motherlode log you had 67% ADR uptime, which is some of the lowest I’ve seen in log reviews. Usually m+ you’d expect to see 90%+ easily among average, even higher for KIR with deft so doing only 2mil and feeling dry in motherlode is expected if ADR is dropping off so much, even in times where you have no deaths and seems normal.

Maybe the lower haste is attributing this slightly but 67% uptime is certainly more to do with mistakes in rotation

You could try KIR with deft so you have more free cp to help with CDR but try to itemise more for haste to hit 20%

You seem very conservative with RTB rerolling as well, especially when you rolled 1/2 buffs, you don’t reroll again asap it comes off cd so you are losing SC cp overtime. You can roll RTB between packs as well especially if you don’t have 5 buffs natty or if 5 buffs is close to dropping off.

You waste some unseen strikes as well by not sending coup sooner, try not to use SS while you have unseen strikes available and you are at 4 stacks of escalating, use the weak aura in outlaw channel to help track unseen strikes to help with this, it’ll help you get more coups overall and more cdr

Rule with HO SC is that you just keep rerolling until 5 natty, should be good for dps

I think aim for getting more haste (19% baseline so you can freely swap between KIR + HO SC), start using ghostly strike again especially for raid bosses and ST (ghostly is also really good for m+), improve RTB rerolling especially if sticking to HO SC and just more practice and you should see your dps where it needs to be for your gear. Work on better cdr and ADR uptime for both m+ and raids and you’ll start pumping again!

Try HO SC w/ ghostly strike m+ build and dropping CTO, since you’ll be rerolling until you get 5 natty buffs anyways.

More on the unseen strikes, if you have 4 escalating blades, you can use opportunity pistol shot to build before sending coup if needed, don’t use SS as you’ll potentially lose stacks of escalating

This is especially important right after using killing spree and you are at 4 escalating before, or you are at 3 then killing spree becareful and only do one ss if possible max
