you need to watch roll the bones carefully, this build rolls on cooldown if you have less than 4 buffs, even during stealth
so your opener on mugzee, you sat on a 1 roll for ~15s when surely rtb came off cooldown sooner than that
your first vanish was delayed, by only 2 finishers but this means ~14s of lost cooldown reduction on it because it was at max charges. vanish cooldown is so short so this can cost you a whole vanish cast by the end
basically, as soon as your first stealth window is over, there is no reason to not just immediately build into another vanish, because it is at max charges, and you dont use killing spree (which does have higher priority than entering vanish if you do play it)
you have a lot of sinister strike casts while the pistol shot proc (opportunity) is active
for this build, the builder priority is pretty much ambush (if available) > pistol shot proc (if available) > sinister strike
so pistol shot procs always have higher priority than sinister strike, as they are used to proc ambush when ambush is not available. don't worry about pressing pistol shots at 4cp, this will overcap combo points but this is expected for this build
there's a handful of flubbed globals like pressing dispatch at low cp accidentally, also you also had 8 dispatch parries which is kind of insane
fatebound does not get the parry buff unlike trickster so if you play fatebound then you must stay behind the boss
should mention delayed globals, this fight has basically nothing going on that would make you lose uptime unless you get picked by a frost arrow (you didnt)
outlaw having 0.8s gcd means even the smallest delays can add up fast
err this is normal even where there are no frost arrows 😄
