I mean you shouldn't open with KS out of stealth you should be using BtE until your stealth window is gone

ya you hsouldnt be openning with killing spree out of stealth, you need to be crackshotting
ghostly is also off the gcd so use that knowledge how you will
ideally you press killing spree when your not in stealth but at 6+ combo points
ideally you want to just crackshot spam at 5+ combopoints each bte, this takes prio above all spenders.
coup at 5+ combo when not in sub or any stealth stuff
more haste for maximum adren rush benefit
you also have to make sure your vanishing properly in a way that makes sure adren wont drop so frequently.

ideally with supercharger your using rtb more often especially with tier set, for mor bigger finishers
