i am new to sub and i would like some help with what to do and what i need to improve on. my dps is quite low too so i will need some help with that too

From a quick glance, it looks like you're messing up your big burst(shadowblades) and mini burst windows(dance + symbols)
subtlety does damage in burst windows and almost no damage in between but, you have to resist the urge to just slam symbols or dance on cd

I would advise practicing your rotation at the training dummies, get the muscle memory and timings for damage cooldowns which will let you not have to focus on cooldown management as much and you can do mechanics
There's a couple general rules you want to follow

You want to get two uses of dance and symbols during shadowblades and then also inbetween
This means that usually about 30-35s out from getting shadowblades back up, you don't send dance, symbols or sectec, you just hold and wait
There's edge cases and more min-max but, I don't think you should worry about that until you get the general cooldown management down first
If you're going to use sectec, you want symbols and if you're gonna use symbols, you want to use dance

Even here, you danced and popped symbols but, no sectec
Mini burst windows are those dance, symbols windows in-between shadowblade uses and you want to make sure you're always supercharging sectec in any of your burst windows
A lot of your shadowblades windows only get one use of dance, symbols and sectec in them, which is lowering your peak damage by a lot - that second use of dance, symbols and sectec is the stronger part of the burst because you have the flagellation mastery buff on top of dance, symbols, shadowblades

if you have dance and symbols ready with sectec at 10s left on cd and shadowblades is still over 35-40s out you can send dance, symbols, supercharged evis into supercharged sectec
if shadowblades and flag are 30-35s out and pack is almost dead, yeah, you just hold
There's gonna be times where tank and or healer out dps you when you have nothing

the only other thing I'd add is that your rupture uptime and usage is really low. in all boss encounters you should have as close to 100% uptime on rupture (maintaining it outside CD windows) and it's very effective to put it up on high HP mobs in large packs outside of your CD windows. it is possibly the highest damage ability you'll cast outside of your major and mini CDs. but seeing that Hattorin and you spoke I'm sure they explained the importance of it already :)

You can but, you'd have to use it as soon as it's available - better off just skipping until you're used to managing big and mini burst windows

It's looking much better! still seeing some mistakes with cooldown windows specifically that there's no finisher after flag into cds
You did it right in the first window and then the next few afterwards seem to not be correct
It also seems like you have a macro that's pressing dance, symbols and backstab all at the same time which is not ideal
If it's helping you, go for it but, just know it's a bad thing long term if you're gonna look to push higher content as sub

Even looking at it in your big burst window, you want to chain your dances back to back but, that doesn’t line up exactly with when sectec is at 10s left on cd
If you just pop dance and symbols together, when you’re popping your second dance in shadowblades, you aren’t going to have supercharger for sectec and if you delay shadow dance because you just want to use one button to dance and symbols, you just lose damage
