I would like to help your confusion but perhaps need more info

you say 'the opener' but we don't really have an opener, like you RTB > AR > BtE on pull and then boom, you are in a stealth window for 6s and following the normal rotation

which is building combo points (with ambush, because you are in stealth), and spending them (on BtE, cause you are in stealth, and BtE has no cooldown in stealth)

i guess the core of outlaw is constantly building and spending combo points with the right thing, and then maintaining Adrenaline Rush (cooldown) by using Vanish, triggering Subterfuge for 6 seconds

and Adrenaline Rush does not tick down during Subterfuge

and then during Subterfuge, Between the Eyes (finisher) has no cooldown, so it becomes the main finisher to use

after this, i needed to build combo points to killing spree, and the pistol shot proc was available, so i used pistol shot > killing spree

and then vanish is ready so I build to Vanish > BtE and trigger the 6 second stealth window again

So technically you’d probably start like this:

Stealth > RtB > AR > Vanish

Then into the Finishers

And then the “rotation” would be the builders and priority stuff

you Stealth > RTB > AR > BtE to begin the pull.

Your BtE just broke stealth. because of the Subterfuge talent, you are now in a stealth window for 6 seconds.

During a stealth window, you build with Ambush and spend on Between the Eyes.

After the first stealth window has ended, you build to killing spree, and then you build to Vanish, to trigger another stealth window

Okay so I think I understand.

Essentially you want to play around vanish and BtE pretty much? Vanish should almost always be on cooldown when you get it.

Also, I’m looking at the hidden opportunity talent builds in the discord and they keep referring to “tier” in build 1. Is that referring to the mythic gear tier set? If I don’t have that, then do I take talent build 2?

For now yeah, as long as adrenaline rush is active, tho there are some optimizations to it

keep referring to “tier”

tier is from the raid, the items with set bonuses on them. everyone has a 4 set tier bonus that they should obtain

it's not mythic only, you can get them any difficulty
