at times i was top of the meter but i go so low on my downtime and i know thats the point but the parse is quite low

Didn’t give it a deep dive but
you didn‘t dance in the opener as far as i can see? also backstabbing instead of shadowstriking. If you‘re doing this wrong, i can imagine some other rotational mistakes.
Sub is ass in downtime and big with cds. getting your bursts and especially your openers right is very important
try practicing the rotation and the opener on dummies

could've sworn i was using shadowstrike lol
and yeah i guess i must've misinputed dance in opener, last night was very laggy
might be why i'm using backstab, since im not on shadowdance lol
anyway one thing i was thinking i could improve is making sure i still use a SoD+ST on downtime (i think i tend to keep it off cooldown until i have shadow dance back)

Yup, exactly rigjt! :)
SoD + ST without SD usually happens 1 time between your first flag and second flag (assuming single target encounter).

I think there was a weakaura that tried to predict if you‘re allowed to use any SD or SoD before the upcoming flag
one of the sub rogues weakauras, it‘s really great, though i‘m using another one as i‘m used to that
