yeah so big thing is 1) look at the opener on the guides and get that down to muscle memory, sub is all about nailing perfect cd windows otherwise your dps is toilet tier. 2) you cannot just send SD + SoD + Sectec on cd, you need to actively manage their usage so that every 90s you have two SD, two SoD, and CB up so that you can optimize the damage window with flag/shadow blades.
This sheet has a table of roughly when you can send various abilities as a guideline. It changes depending on the fight and downtime so don't follow it blindly but its much better to start with this.
