1: You're supposed to use Shadow Blades either directly before or after your 1st Sectec (you're using it too early).
2: You're using your Transmitter way too late. It's supposed to be active when your first Sectec hits (some people just macro it to Flagellate).
3: It seems like you've messed up your second Flagellate burst quite a bit. Maybe you've sent it too early/used too many CD between your burst. The window is supposed to look similar to your opener (minus the vanish + finisher at the start). Your second dance comes 11.5s after your first (supposed to be 8s) and your second symbols buffs two eviscerates instead of your sectec. Your transmitter is also way too late again.
4: Your last burst window is cut off, so hard to judge. But your Shadow Blades are a bit late this time, your shadows from sectec strike 1.0 and 1.3s after you use sectec, i.e. your Shadow Blades has to be cast .9s after sectec (you cast it > 1s later).

I think you should train your burst window a little more on the dummy to get it really tight (since that's where most of our damage comes from). Afterwards, you should get a feel for when you can cast symbols/dance/sectec between bursts and when you have to hold. Hachadino's sheet can help with that (bit.ly/Dinosheet2).

@solar mesa is it okay to cap on dance charges going into 2nd set of cds, or do you want the other one to be on cd but come up during your burst window

If they're capped for too long before your window you've probably messed something up
