Your flagellation cooldown phases seem fine to me, but there's a couple of weird symbol casts where you end up kind of doing nothing
However, you don't seem to use your flagellation/blades between 1:36 and 5:19. You've basically missed a complete burst window and delayed another one by 40 seconds. The fight timings are quite bad sometimes, but that's probably the biggest reason for the "low log".
Some other contributors:
At 3:07, you send a late sectec (3rd cast after symbols, i.e. no SC). At 3:31 you send a symbols with almost no follow up, probably should have held. At 5:35 you send symbols without sectec, same at 6:00. During your last flag/blades window, you didn't manage to fit two sectecs into your transmitter.
