if I'm at full energy or close to full energy do I wanna spam envenoms or still wait around 1 sec of its duration and then cast it? and if my DN is up I cast it no matter how much energy I got yeah?

But essentially you can spam while full (especially during CDs) as for DN, yeah, get that mark back asap
