I don't have too detailed info, but a solid tip i've seen before in this chat is to look at adr uptime

something I also noticed from sims is that generally speaking, my character at least, always gets big gains with haste even near haste cap, for both builds

you can take a look at simming haste flask against a verse flask to start as a small change, but first I think it might be more important to look at improving your ADR uptime
