first thing i see if a lot of sinister strike casts while the pistol shot proc is already active

#

for this build, the pistol shot proc always has higher priority than sinister strike

#

because the pistol shot proc is used to proc ambush when ambush is not available

#

you should not be spending combo points lower than 5

#

as they do not flip a coin

#

you should always have an active roll the bones buff, and know when to 'reroll' into new buffs

#

you 'reroll' when you have the Loaded Dice buff active and only 1 roll the bones buff, to turn it into 2 buffs

#

should also to be careful to not roll over the mini-RTB buffs from the count the odds talent

#

as they are removed if they are a lower duration than your normal RTB buffs
