I struggle a lot improving myself overall, but specially in raid where I don't understand what I am doing wrong.
I can't wowanalyser logs cause outlaw isnt support for now so I come here searching for help

Off the bat I notice you overlap vanishes 19 seconds into the fight. You send a 2nd vanish before your first subterfuge ends which is a big dps loss
it also appears as though you're sending finishers without being at 5cp+
Rule for using finishers is at 5cp in subterfuge window or at 6 outside of subterfuge window
its possible the log isn't reporting cps correctly though as it has been broken in the past but a good thing to make sure youre doing properly
Also at 4:02 you send a vanish without adr being up, you want to only use vanish if you have adr buff unless you are overcapping on vanish charges but that should never happen
so always hold vanish until adr buff is up

What about my uptimes ? Is it good ? BtE, AdR etc and dices, what do you think about it ?
How can I have more uptime on it ?
Also I noticed that I have low APM, is it normal or just a consequence of my mistakes above ?
