I’ll start by saying I’m not a sub professional by any means so others feel free to correct me but I can help with a few simple things
Relatively large 2s gap on the first dance, a one off wouldn’t matter but you’re gonna lose a lot of finisher casts in these windows and a lot of your damage is fitting here
No vanish followed the sec-tech playing trickster, so you’re not really able to complete the three dances trickster usually does in its opener
Your second dance was at 46 seconds in? Assuming your pressing any buttons whatsoever you could’ve danced atleast twice more in this time period
Your first vanish is at 33 seconds, and you casted nothing in the snippet below for a solid 7-8 seconds
You only casted 7 secret techniques across a 4 minute nexus princess fight in normal, you shouldnt really be dropping much uptime here besides dropping portals, which should ideally take 2-3 seconds, this is purely mental maths, but across a 4:16 minute fight, you should be able to cast 15, this is kind of supported by rogues on normal kyveza casting ~7 in 2m20s
You only casted 43 eviscerates, again, rogues with over half the fight timer are casting 40, so that’s also a glaring issue
Your rupture uptime was 78%, again ideally this would be higher
Generally speaking I’d really recommend going back to the basics, referring to fuu’s guide because everything written in there will be infinitely better than small write-ups like this, there’s really large issues, from vanish timers, to lack of attacking the boss etc, I think once you’re more comfortable with the rotation by doing the necessary research and practicing on a target dummy, you’ll have a much better time and performance going forward so hopefully you can reach your goals brother

Ty so much I've been practicing rotation and trying out new builds for the last few days. Hopefully I will post another log from this week's raid with better mgmt

Sure, if you like trickster stick with it, I personally think it’s a bit harder starting out, but way more applicable to more scenarios
Make sure to practice your opener, it’s the most important thing, for trickster it’s 3 dances, although as I mentioned earlier, the guide explains it better

Also I think this gap was caused by stacking 3 portals on top of each other so had to run away from that xD

I see, you can sprint and pretty much ignore the mechanic on normal, or shadowstep even
I think as a rogue even if your raid completely trolls and stacks them all on top of each other you can outrun it

Oh I watched the replay I got the portal close mech but you are right step should've been the play there

Yeah, I really wouldn’t worry about that too much right now
That’ll be what you can work on once you get the basics down
As soon as you learn how to do the rotation you’ll be performing 10x better
Then you can really start trying to maximise damage with smaller details like I mentioned
