swapping from assa - so i appreciate mastery is low and crit & haste is slightly high but at this point im convinced its skill issue not gear problem, fairly confident rotation is ok? but missing evisc casts somewhere, could be missing globals but i'm not convinced, also finisher dmg is just low, this one i have no idea

Stats maybe contributes like 10% of your overall damage (or something like that). It's not to the point where you're saying you're doing 200k less because of it.

i mean ye i looked at 620 sub rogue on 4:34 fight, his evisc hit for like 90k more than mine, pretty much all his finishers hit harder
im partially slow with my DS mark at times, but again, I don't think this is still making up that gap
i looked at symbols up-time and its 4-5% lower, same with dance, these factors contributing to 200k dps though?

You have times where you have gaps in your CDs. Like here. Dance/SoD/SB are all off the GCD, so coulda gotten SS in there

I have them on shift + q/ e/ r
and hitting those alongside 1 within a gcd would be amazing, but my fingers cant do it

I wouldn't macro them, but maybe find bindings to make sure that you can at least get them closer
Because sometimes, you want to hit a finisher at the start of your dance, other times, a builder.

comparing to this, similar fight time and ilvl, his 1:45 burst window is like 800k higher than mine, and he fits 4 extra evisc, 3 shadow strikes and a stech (likely one being due to the missed gcd you mentioned)
also is my vanish timer just bad? noticed a few guys sending after first stech regardless of ds/ trick

also, seeing him have Skardyn's probably helps a bit too. Having all the extra mastery during two of his burst windows would help up his finisher damage
