outlaw logs are really annoying to read because we can't see when cooldowns on restless blades are up

i can see a few things, you are skipping globals every time you vanish

outlaw's gcd is 0.8s during adrenaline rush but you always take longer than 0.8s to Vanish > BtE

you've a bit of a tendency to press an accidental global like a naked pistol shot or sinister strike while opportunity is already active
